beta 0.95 update

okay, so this one isn't super big but the changes are all quite noticeable, so here we go

update list

• new web-browser version
• camera zoomed in
• super-buffed the sniper
• tweaked the bombers range
• new open-able menu
• re-arranged title screen
• full-screen can now be toggled in settings
• idk, maybe some new stuff

next planned additions/changes

• character customization similar to lego star wars
• inventory system
• ammo
• loading screen
